(9) Narration: Kindly narrate your experience throughout the whole process. I contacted Consult Academy (CA) and the assessment was done, and the process was explained to me. We agreed on the cost, and once I settled the first part of the cost, CA sent me the list of documents that I needed to submit. I received assistance during the submission. Once I submitted it, CA did a document check, and some corrections were made to the forms. The application was submitted once I paid the outstanding amount. I received confirmation, and the timeline was communicated. Once the approval came, I received a communication regarding the way forward. I received assistance now and then in the process. CA went the extra mile to assist me.

You have to go dig out the details yourself. There was also not much help with writing the recommendations. More guidance and support should be provided.
